Alumni Semesta telah didaftarkan di Pendaftar Pertubuhan Negeri Pahang pada tahun 2004 atas usaha ahli jawatankuasa Pro-tem yang dipengerusikan oleh Saudara Johan Aris Ibrahim (1987) serta rakan-rakan lain.
